I'd like to work
I know it's a phrase that my parents do not hear very often, but I would like to work. I would like for shop-owners to look out their window when I walk past and think "He would be great working for me". That's all I ask. Not too much is it?
I have filled out a couple of application forms for various bars and restaurants, and about 50 farms have had my details e-mailed to them. It's just the waiting around that's not too nice.
On the bright side, Nelson is a beautiful place. The hostel we stayed in last night, called the palace, was amazing. The shower room was comparable to a large family house, but nicer, the rooms were large, we got cakes yesterday afternoon and breakfast this morning. For free of course. The people are great, it is a really relaxed athmosphere, and it is situated on a mini cliff sort of thing, so it is away from the road. Of course there are no rooms available for tonight.
God I hope I get a job.
Til next time
Tom

You may find it more productive
if you visit the fruit picking places. Then you can sell yourself and they can see what a pair of strong strapping lads you are.
So another night under the stars for you boys. Good buy that tent.
